Through a range of skills development, vocational, and digital literacy initiatives, we equip individuals with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to succeed in today’s dynamic economy.
Aerovessel School proudly partnered with the Federal Government Skills Empowerment Programme (FEGOSEP) to train and empower teachers across Ogun State through an intensive Capacity Building Workshop.
The programme enhanced teachers’ technical competence, classroom innovation, and IT skills, enabling them to deliver quality education aligned with global standards.
Simultaneously, participants received Solar Installation Training facilitated by the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) — a hands-on practical course designed to introduce educators and youth to renewable energy systems.
All beneficiaries were later presented to the ITF Area Office, Abeokuta, where they were awarded certificates and starter packs to support their career advancement and entrepreneurial ambitions.
The Skill Up Artisans (SUPA) initiative focuses on upgrading the skills of local artisans, technicians, and small-scale entrepreneurs.
Through targeted workshops and mentorship, SUPA provides practical training in construction, electrical works, welding, fashion design, catering, and ICT applications, preparing participants to meet industry demands both locally and internationally.
This programme promotes self-reliance, employability, and innovation, empowering artisans to transform their trades into sustainable businesses.
As part of Aerovessel’s commitment to lifelong learning, the TVET Programme bridges the gap between education and industry. It offers competency-based training that integrates technical expertise, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship.
Students and trainees under TVET gain the skills necessary for high-demand sectors such as logistics, aviation services, hospitality, and information technology — making them industry-ready professionals.
Aerovessel also runs special initiatives for youth and women empowerment, focusing on career readiness, financial literacy, and business development.
Through workshops, mentorship, and access to micro-support networks, participants learn how to turn their skills into viable enterprises and contribute meaningfully to national economic growth.
