The Skill Up Artisans (SUPA) Programme is a practical training and empowerment initiative aimed at enhancing the technical capacity of skilled workers, artisans, and entrepreneurs. It focuses on hands-on learning, digital literacy, and professional certification to help participants meet both national and international standards.
SUPA provides artisans with opportunities to upgrade their skills, access better job placements, and build sustainable businesses across industries such as construction, logistics, manufacturing, and hospitality.
Through innovation-driven training and mentorship, the programme promotes self-reliance, productivity, and socio-economic growth within local communities.
The Aerovessel School, in partnership with the Federal Government Skills Empowerment Programme (FEGOSEP), successfully trained teachers across Ogun State in a comprehensive Capacity Building Workshop. The initiative focused on enhancing digital competence and instructional efficiency among educators.
Simultaneously, beneficiaries participated in a Solar Installation Training facilitated by the Industrial Training Fund (ITF), equipping them with practical technical skills for sustainable energy solutions.
At the end of the programme, all participants were officially presented to the ITF Area Office, Abeokuta, where they received certifications and starter packs to support their professional growth and entrepreneurship journey.
The TVET Programme at Aerovessel is focused on developing hands-on, industry-relevant skills for today’s workforce. It empowers trainees with the technical knowledge, practical expertise, and business acumen needed to excel in cargo handling, logistics operations, transport management, and supply chain systems.
